Family Fund Raising
Commitment:
$150/1st
swimmer, $225/ 2 swimmers, $275/ 3 or more swimmers
Discounts:
Discounts of $200 for the year are only for second/third/fourth swimmers
on the team from the same family.
PME:
This is your Pre-Paid Meet Entry account. Cannot let this drop below $10.00.
Initial Payment: Each swimmer must pay about 1/4 of their team fee plus the Meet Entry Fee before their first practice. . Example – Advance Age Group Swimmer $670 for year so 1/4 is about $175 plus $100 for meets equals a initial payment of $275 due by August 20, 2007. The 2nd and 3rd swimmers must pay ˝ the initial payment plus the meet entry fee.
The second and third swimmer must pay ˝ the initial payment plus the full meet entry fee.
Credits: A family must participate in the team’s fund
raising activities and apply their fund raising to the Family Fund Raising
Commitment. After the
$150/$225/$275
commitment has been reach, other funds raised can be credited to the total of
the “Team Fees.”
Second
and Third Payments:
The second payment of 25% of team fees will be due November 15th. The
third payment of the remaining 50% will be due by January 15th. Swimmers
will be held out of practices and meets if fees are not paid. Special
circumstances will be considered; parents must consult with the BASH Team’s
Treasurer. A
registration fee will be required for swimmers’ spring-summer training
(April – July 2008).
Refunds:
(calculated from swimmer’s official swim first practice)
2 weeks of practice or less, a swimmer decides to stop, all but $25 will
be refunded.
1 month of practice, one half of the
initial payment will be refunded.
2 months of practice, none of the
initial payment will be refunded.
We must receive this notification of stopping in writing
within 1 week of your swimmers’ decision.
Registration
Forms and Initial Payments are due by Monday, August 20, 2007. After that date, a spot on the team is not guaranteed. We
anticipate having a waiting list this fall, therefore, make your intentions know
to the Head Coach as quickly as possible. Remember
- swimmers may not participate in any swim team activity until the Registration
Forms and Initial Payment is made.
